The location was magnificent, very close to the beach and Chedraui located in Plaza Americas and the club house, within short walking distance to a shopping mall we wanted to see.

The employees are helpful. The location is excellent in an extensive underground mall. The breakfast is perfect with great food. The venue offers beautifully decorated rooms with ample closet space and a hair dryer.

Fairly clean hotel, services were nice and location was marvellous and super in an extensive underground mall. We spent 4 nights in a double room with balconies. Location: the venue was very close to the beach, atm's, drugstores, restaurants or even cinema, and the club house. Appreciated dainties at Mocca Cafe Andamar, it was around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel.

The staff is helpful and very professional. The rooms are outstanding and comfortable, with cable TV, a safe, and even Netflix. The location is convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from Mocambo Beach. A really enjoyable stay in a very nice area.

Had a really awesome time here! This spot is fancy and cool, located in a fantastic area near Mexico. Lots of good dining spots nearby and the beach is just a hop, skip, and a jump away 🏖️.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is absolutely fantastic! It is situated above a big mall, and there is another one right across the street with a sea view. This means that I had access to ATMs, drugstores, restaurants, and even a cinema in no time. It was so convenient! The hotel also offers a wide variety of amenities and services. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices to satisfy all tastes. The staff were super nice and always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. And to top it all off, the hotel has a beach club nearby, with free transportation available at all times. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location, with good restaurants nearby like Chilis and taco stands where you can find better food. It is also conveniently located in front of the public beach, providing easy access to the beautiful coastline. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with balconies offering a nice view. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, there is a private beach club available for guests to enjoy.

The only downside is that the pool is indoors, which might not be preferred by some guests.
